Really like how the tailgate folds down out of the way. That might make it easier to load with a fork truck.

Good video J.B. I have the 300 in my 23 GMC X31, {my space ship}. I love it, great fuel mileage, on the highway average 33 mpg, around town 27. Don't mind the high fuel prices, not really, but does help.I did have a 19 GMC Denali which I pulled a 40' fifth wheel, could not believe the power, especially in the mountains. I was passing everything and when not towing the fifth wheel, I would get 25, 27 mpg. Great truck. I will probably get another one, I could go with a 3/4 ton, but in Mn. Registration on a one tone is a little over one hundred dollars.

The truck looks way better on video. Been building different packages. I wasn’t sure about the black bumpers. I wanted an Lt with body colored bumpers in slate gray but it’s not avail for ’25 on the LT.

My 2024 3500 LT multiflex tailgate, rear sliding window, center console, surround camera and bed view, etc…was $73k. The black bumpers on the Trail Boss look like the same bumpers on the Custom trim only it has fog lights. You do get the redesigned front end and blacked out badging and wheels. I guess a lot depends on what you are going to replace. For me, the wheels and tires would be replaced with methods and 37s, add the rear wheel liners, Cognito 4 inch lift, AEV bumpers, high clearance steps, etc… But if you just want to keep it stock, not bad for a 3500 1 ton.

Since they make a 3500 Trail Boss...that means they may make a 3500 ZR2❤!

Trail boss should have been ZR2 lift and tires WITHOUT the expensive shocks. Other than that, it's the same damn tire size and regular suspension.

I think they should’ve just kept calling it the Z71Sport package. When I hear trail boss I think of the 1500’s. That being said as an appearance package I like it. I’d order it in Lakeshore Blue and cloth.

Nice looking truck. IMO 20 inch wheels and up have no useable benefit on pickup.

I'll be in the market to buy a 3/4 ton diesel in the near future. The more I watch all the videos online, the more I think I'll pass on a new diesel and just buy a good low mileage 2018/19 gmc 2500. I've seen a ton of low mileage denali package trucks for mid to low 50's. With the ridiculous prices and all the problems with the new trucks, it seems like a no brainer..

Come on buddy. You were kind of trying to be pretty negative on this for some reason lol. It’s a great appearance package and it will sale like crazy.

Now me personally I’d probably just get the Z71 Sport package if I wanted the blackout look but if I insisted on going painted bumpers I would without question choose the Z71 Chrome Sport package. It’s only available in white though so that kind of sucks.

Those new black wheels are pretty awesome too. Way better than the previous style.
