Saucony Ride 15 - Excellent

The Saucony Ride 15 is an excellent, well-rounded daily trainer with a very stable ride which is one of the lightest mid-range daily trainers. Version 15 is a big improvement over version 15: it's much lighter, much softer and has more cushioning thanks to its increased stack height.

Ran in Ride 13, 14 and now 15. I even had a pair that was a predecessor to Ride 13, Ride ISO 2. I must say that with each new version, Saucony Ride is definitely becoming my favorite. I have always enjoyed the fit of Nike running shoes and have been a Nike fan for most of my running career. But in the past two to three years, so many brands have outdone Nike when it comes to daily trainers. And Saucony Ride 15 is definitely now my go to pair. As you indicated, I just love the firmness of the new midsole. It's not too soft, not too firm. And it has nice responsiveness. Plus the new version's weight is light. Many YouTubers raved about Ride 13 a couple of years ago. But those same reviewers should run in Ride 15. It's much improved over that version and Ride 13 was a pretty well-liked shoes. I haven't run longer than 10 miles so I don't know how these shoes will feel and perform over a longer run. But I do believe this is a versatile daily trainer. I have bought Ride 15 and Asics Gel Nimbus 24 so far in 2022. I wanted to try Nimbus after reading many positive reviews. But as soon as Ride 15 became available, I had to get a pair to check out all the changes/improvements to the shoes. I must say between these two running shoes, I will pick Ride15. Not that Gel Nimbus 24 is not a great pair, but Ride 15 is more to my liking especially with the feel of the midsole foam, its weight and also the fit.

Must admit this shoe has been a game changer for me due to my high arches and supination issues - I have tried numerous shoes and imao this shoe does it all. The comfort, balance, fit and weight are spot on, however agree with Brandon that Saucony need to change the foam as that is only negative (minor) as it hasn’t got the bounce like similar daily trainer shoes (but think Saucony have implemented
the PWRRUN+ with the 17).

Great review, I have the Endorphin Speed 2. My favourite shoe for any distance.. How is the fit of the Ride 15? Wider in the toebox? Energy Return presumably much less than the Speed 2?

I love my Ride 13’s, my favorite shoe BUT not good for my feet and knees when doing 10 or more miles. Then these bad boys come out with a 35mm stack height AND lighter weight: I’m in love!

How is the stability of the Ride 15? I loved the feel of the endorphin speed and pro, but they both cause me to overpronate.

Odd question for you, I have a significant leg length difference and as such I have custom insoles, these look like they would work be because of the existing thick insole, any other running shoes with a standard thick insole so I don't lose too much room around the top of my foot?
