That was so helpful. I have a ton of chard coming in and wasn’t sure what to do with the massive amount I couldn’t immediately eat…except gift it to the millions of grasshoppers. This will be a much better alternative…thanks.

Thank you. On occasion I am gifted red chard or greens. I would wash and cook them immediately cuz I didn't know they could be frozen.

Great idea, thank you! I don't have silicon cups so I'm going to use metal muffin tins, but line then with plastic wrap. Here I go!

This is really helpful! Thank you!!!
How do you freeze sweet potatoes?
I see people blanch them first, but I don't want to lose nutrients, so I'm thinking of roasting them cubed and then freezing.
Do you have any tips?

I really found this useful. I have lots of swiss chard and beet greens.I sprayed my cupcake pans with PAM and that worked but I think I'll get the silicone. Very informative. Thank you.

Okay this was fine. I get the picture. Youre freezing yours to put in soup. We put our in gallon bags and don't chop them because we are using them for a simple pot of greens seasoned with ham. Good video. You said what you would do and you did it. 'Yewchewber' don't understand that people don't come here to enjoy their personality. They come to get information. Thanks.

Do you leave them open in the freezer basically for a day / 24 hours? And then bag 'em?
Edit: Oop, I just saw the link. Ok, I see, now: "Place the greens-filled baking cups in the freezer and freeze overnight or until frozen solid."

I just put them without cooking into the freezer, then juice them for smoothies or add them to soup dishes or other vegetables that I’m cooking.

I'm listening to you in the first few seconds and I'm praying, "Lord, please don't let her be like these other "Yewchewbers" with 500 steps explained in excruciating detail to do something nobody sane wants to do; like say, "molding your leafy greens into 1/2 cup mounds, " or some other shite. It 'freezin greens' people, not landing on the moon!

She said steamer basket but went ahead and bathed all vegetables in a pool of boiling water. Why not stream them and keep the nutrients? I stopped watching after that.
