With Ab in the bass you’ve got all the notes of the Eflat major scale. You call it an AflatMaj13#11, but couldn’t it be an inversion of any of the other 13chords? Or when it comes to 13 chords, does whatever’s in the bass act as root? So it’s impossible to invert a 13 chord?
Also, once there’s a Tritone in a voicing, isn’t it always interpretable (usable) as a dominant voicing?
Also when you put C, Eflat and F in the bottom you call them different chords, so it seems like the bass is deciding the root again and it would be impossible to invert any of these chords...every time you try, you get a different root!

Easy way to remember the voicing.... Bb triad / C minor triad
