Elliptical training is one of the best cardio training. It makes you work almost all the body and muscles and helps with rebalancing everything. It doesn't hurt your knees, so you can use it if you have knees problems. It's one of the best tool.

I use an elliptical almost every day for between 30 to 60 minutes and do strength training 2 or 3 times a week, and I have lost more than 15 lbs since December. I'm the slimmest I've been in years and the heaviest I will be from now on, and I feel great.

I do the elliptical several days a week before I lift weights. I went from 255 to 215 and I'm continuing to lose more weight.

As a former collegiate rower, the elliptical is more complete as a total body workout machine than a rower. I switch between the two and an occasional treadmill in between. I aim for 40 minute after lifting weights. Fat has no chance against this machine. I recommend 40 minutes with intervals every two minutes. And you can kiss your fat goodbye. I’m 50 years old and I feel better than my younger self 30 years ago as a rower. Happy workout everyone!

I've mostly done Pilates and kettlebells my whole life but after having a big baby as a small woman, I had two finger diastasis recti. It's taken 3 months of targeted gentle exercises just to bring my abs back together. Now I've got a routine that uses rowing machines, kettle bells, and elliptical throughout the week. The elliptical has been so pivotal in balancing my wonky pelvis and is great to do in days when my back and abdominal muscles are tired. I've fallen in love with it

I am way out of shape and five minutes on my machine makes me feel like I’m dying😆 I’m committed to doing 20 minutes a day for now, wish me luck

It's truly one of the best machine's I've used, in two days I've gone from 121kg to 118.4kg. I know that isn't a lot but for me this is a vast improvement.

I just got my elliptical and I'm using it after my workout sessions for about 15-25 minutes. Since I'm on a PPL split, I will go full with this amazing piece of equipment on my rest day. Simply love it

The bike was easy to build and looks great. We use it while watching tv rather then just sitting we are getting a cool work out as well

I've been using the elliptical for 27 days now and lost a total of 8kg (equivalent to 17, 637 pounds).

I need to loose another 23kg (equivalent to 50, 7063 pounds) so still a long way to go but hopefully I reach my goal before the end of the year.

Post a cardiac incident 8 years ago I have been doing 40 min on elliptical at least 4 times a week. And it has really helped me. Also I have varicose veins situation so this non contact exercise is also useful. I recommend that for all

It’s the only workout equipment that makes me sweat like I’m in a sauna. I don’t go to sauna anymore since I created my own sauna inside me 😂

I burned 700 calories on the elliptical this morning, and i didnt take my prozac until after my workout because im convinced prozac makes me sleep through the workout.

I’m starting this after working out almost daily and practicing 18/6 intermittent fasting every single day for over 4 years. I’ve also fasted from 5pm Friday to 9am Sunday for 33 weeks in a row. What will this do for me? I’ll still be lifting weights 5 days a week.
