The reason that 250 went over your head is probably because at 1:01 you can see there was a bacon on the bridge, and he probably slapped the 250.

They should rework bob changing that every time bob kills somebody he gets faster, bigger, and is stronger to the cube of deaht (he needs to touch It more than once to dissapear depends of the kills) also your glove power gets stronger and can spawn more bobs (the Max is 3 bobs)
