BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of design/art/fashion schools with 1-2 years of experience
· Strong understanding of visual merchandising, especially for e-commerce channels
· Ability to translate trends into creative output in terms of curation and photoshoots
· Understanding of design tools and operations
· Be self-driven, and show the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
· An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly-changing environment
· Solid communication skills and team player
· Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 2 years experience in home and decor
· Experience in managing creative output for e-commerce platforms
· Proficiency in design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop
· Knowledge and understanding of design operations
