Terrible part was not covered in the video, using the Honeywell app to get the bleddy device to connect to WiFi... But I guess makes sense, they probably weren't able to connect it for the demo either!!

I have that Honeywell Lyric am told that I do require a C wire for the install

Why Lyric thermostat doesn't requiere "C" wire??? Would you explain that, please?

I have the same thermostat but after replacing the battery it’s showing me to replace battery. I have replaced 2 batteries in 2 days. Spoke to Honeywell and they told me to put a C wire. It’s been 3 years it was working without a C wire. Could u pls suggest me what to do ..

Too bad it doesn't work with air conditioning, even though it says it does.

Step 1. Throw in garbage. Step 2. Buy a Nest. These are garbage. Honeywell servers go down regularly, and their support is the WORST

That was a very very sloppy install. This is why you should have a professional install any thermostat
