Can I Text Message My Customers?

This video explains if it is allowed to send text messages to your customers. Usually, two types of people ask us this question.

For the first group of people, the answer is yes if they get permission from their customers, and if those customers go through the opt-in process.

The second type of people are the ones who have an existing data base but maybe not an SMS provider. They have been collecting phone numbers in the past, but most of them did not collect them properly.

In almost all cases, text messages cannot be send to those numbers if certain requirements are not met.
