This was SO WILD hearing this for the first time. I was shocked but then I laughed because not only is it LITERALLY just Spongebob's voice but it also fits the drawing pretty well. Imagine being a kid who watched Spongebob and maybe seeing or hearing this show and hearing Spongebob talk about Star Wars

For the record, Tom Kenny's inspiration for the voice was overhearing a pissed of midget complaining the only job he could get was being Santa's elf. If you can believe it, Nick execs hate it when he tells that story.

I'm not even shocked the same voice was used before SpongeBob.
There are only so many voices one could make with their own voice, that some if not most will sound similar.

Mission Hill is one of my favorite animated shows ever, ive rewatched it 100s of times over the years. Seriously good comfort show.
