Two private jets collide at Houston airport

The FAA tells us a private jet that had not been given permission to take off did so anyway. Video shows a wing of the jet ended up slamming into the tail section of another small plane that had just landed on an intersecting runway. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the NTSB is investigating.
