Viktor not just have a potencial to have a legendary skin but Ultimate skin as well
he has all the good mechanics from his basic form to be upgraded each level

Should have been called Ghost Town instead of Highnoon. Similar "cowboy" theme, but at night time instead of noon lol. When I think noon, I think of the bright orange and red colors like with the other skins, but not for Viktor and Twitch.

Here's a list of what has been changed from the pre-release version (source: r/LeaguePBE):
- The VFX presence of his staff orb after his Siphon Power Q1 augmentation was increased to increase the visual difference from HN Viktor's base staff orb
- The coloring of his staff orb after his Siphon Power's Q3 augmentation has been adjusted to reduce the misconception of a constant empowered AA
- The visual intensity of pre-augmented Death Ray (E) VFX was increased
- The volume of Gravity Field's (W) stun SFX was increased for when he successfully entraps an enemy champion

This skin is so for Karthus. He is not a scientist or doctor(like twitch) he is a sorcerer. Also for this timeline in high noon universe third arm would suit to viktor

Rito threw out the chance to put a machine gun or rifle on Victor’s shoulder, so that the gun would fire a burst of shells with E that would get stuck in the ground, and when it second E, the bullets would explode one by one. High Noon without a gun is kinda sad

Really wish this was legendary because he doesn't have a legendary skin like at all so I thought this was a perfect opportunity which they completely missed but its fine, I'm still happy that he got recognition for once and it looks so incredible and amazing so thanks riot for giving my pure boi a skin😄💖💖💖💖

No se porque quisieron añadir otra facción en esta temática y omitir una versión vaquera, demoniaca roja, pero bueno. Es una buena skin, sus habilidades se ven bien, lo único medio discutible es que su diseño físico se llega a pareceres a otras skins.

One of the best Viktor skins out there, even though I don't see why it was under High Noon. Could have made an Infernal Viktor as a Legendary with some sick animations, but I am not complaining. A good Viktor skin nonetheless.

Man I love how with his laugh you still hear him catching his staff with his 3rd hand when the animation doesn't do that. At least it looks good apart from that

Huh, they took away the orb being removed from his staff for the ult. Too bad, I liked that detail. Reminded of Battlecast's drone being removed from his chest to be used as his ult 😕
