Young Vancouver boy discovers love for bagpipes

Four-year-old Frankie Whelan's passion for the bagpipes first started when he saw Frank Wimberley, also known as the Pink Pied Piper, playing the instrument in North Vancouver's Lonsdale neighbourhood.
