I seen Big Boy in action passing through Wellton, AZ on Wednesday, October 16th., 2019. I stopped in Wellton to wait for Big Boy 4014 pass through. I was traveling ho, e to Chula Vista, CA for my birthday which was the next day. It was one of the very best birthday presents I got was seeing Big Boy 4014 in action. I have seen Big Boy 4014s brothers Big Boy 4005 in 1973 in. Denver freight yard on Friday, May 25th., 1973 & on Monday, September 24, 2012 I seen Big Boy 4012 on display at Steamtown National Historic Park in Scranton, PA. I missed seeing the Flying Scotsman pass through Newark, DE 50 years earlier when I was 16.

It is the largest steam engine 🚂 ever built. But it still carries on the steam locomotive 🚂 history that’s for sure. Ed Dickens and his crew really did a good job for putting the big boy 4014 back together
