Saudi Arabia hosts America's 'Enemy'; Putin's minister sanctioned by West in Riyadh for talks

Days after Zelensky visited Saudi Arabia and addressed the Arab League Summit, Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent his top minister to the kingdom to discuss security cooperation. The Russian interior minister met his Saudi counterpart in Riyadh. Despite western sanctions on Moscow, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Arab nations have maintained their ties with Russia since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. Watch this video for details.

I keep seeing this theme repeated. When Chinese, Russian, Indian, Brazilian and South African leaders meet other leaders, they talk business, constructive cooperation, etc.
When Western leaders meet each other they talk about war and sanctions and punishment for imagined human rights or global rules violations.
When Western leaders including Ukraine's meet non-Western leaders they lecture and make demands.
