Immerse yourself in the ultimate ASMR experience with sensory tests that explore the fascinating world of visual and sound associations! In this video, calming visuals combine with soothing sounds to create an interactive atmosphere that will tingle your senses and help you relax.
Join me through two rounds designed to evoke a comforting response. The first is visual: we will move through visual tiles as you share what associations you make with each image you see. After that we will move into a bit of a ⚡lightning⚡ sound round, where you close your eyes and guess what object makes each sound.
You hold space for vulnerability during our sessions, so here is one of mine:
I still feel timid with the physical object aspect of ASMR. I know that my insecurity in this area blocks my improvement... and this is why the sound test section is so much shorter. I didn't feel that the sounds I made with the other objects were strong enough
