Honestly, given what new champs are able to do, this seems less of a bug and more of a quality of life change. I mean, its no more powerful than akshan's cloak and he's not limited to bushes.

what's happening there is that his "turn invisible" cd isn't refreshing at all. when he does an action like attacking or using skills this cooldown should go back to 1.5s, but what's happening instead is that he turns visible, this cd starts counting down, and even when he atks the cd doesn't get refreshed at all, then he goes invisible and back visible again because atking, the cd goes to 1.5s and this repeats over and over again. he isn't "going invisible every atk", he's going invisible every 1.5s.

I know we all meme about Rito breaking things, but at least they were trying to do QoL update base on player feedback this time. I hope this does't scares them from doing more update like this.

I always read the patchnotes, as soon as they are in game and Teemo was listed there, at least at the start. It said something like "The time for Teemo to become invisible, has been reduced."
