Working in London (UK) on reeeally rusted-out cars, I use to use this type of sockets on rounded-out bolts, they work 98% of the time. A must have if you work on cars, expecially on exhaust bolts and nuts!

I LOVE my GearWrench stuff! Bought their flex head and reversible wrench sets years ago and… let’s just say that I have to keep them under severe watch because they do mysteriously grow legs!

i've been using gearwrench for about 2 years and i'm liking the tools. this particular set of nut-biters (OUCH) i got from (gasp) harbor freight, though. nice to see gearwrench makes them too.

I have a similarly designed irwin set. Works great. Saved my bacon on a radius arm job on my 1995 Ford Ranger where the ball joint pinch bolts were wasted.
