NYPD: Suspects in shooting of 5-year-old girl in the Bronx no strangers to police

Maybe the police or the new should publicly stay. What percentage of all these shootings are committed by black and Hispanic people while they're at it.


Nah, can't do that. But describing them by age, previous violent arrest, etc. That's all fine but the obvious. Nope.
