They’ve already announced they’re going to start with the lower end laptops (the MacBook, Macbook air, iMac 21”). Therefore it’ll be 1-2 years before we see the 16” MBP/32” iMac with Apple silicon. Buy what you need now with plans on upgrading in a few years.

I honestly am loving what Apple's done with the ARM Chips so far according to the leaks! Can't wait for a 13" MacBook Pro ARM, like what Gary covered, that'd be amazing!

Couldn't wait. Just bought Macbook Pro 16 Core i9 and it's a beast 💪
When the new ARM processor comes, it would take atleast two years to resolve all the compatibility issues and other problems (Similar to butterfly keyboard problem case). So, if you need a new machine, go for it now

I actually just bought the Macbook pro 16" i9 around 6 months ago. I found your channel while looking into reviews on it. Love your channel. I'd say it will take a good 2-3 years before we see real concrete changes to the MAC OS architecture running ARM. Im excited to see it unfold and in around 4 years when im ready for an upgrade it'll be waiting for me
