Find a piece of 2x4 wood and glue it to the ceiling with a groove for the wires. With a little bit of artistic style, you can make it look like it's a part of the design of the ceiling. The alternative is extra thin tape-like wires but those are extremely expensive.

This would not do in my country, let's be clear, I'm just saying code/quality wise, not that it doesn't work.
That said it is also not a great idea because the wire sleeving will not adhere well with whatevet you are going to use to fill the groove.
Here in Italy the code requires a plastic conduit to be routed up the place where the light should go

I've had to redo a bathroom light that was run like this.

Never hide wires where they shouldn't be. Your future self and contractors will thank you.

Yes, you use a milling cutter to cut out a small cuts, then put some pvc tubing in an pull the wire through that. Now it is replaceable (and up to code depending on where you're at).

Really love crudely cut out grooves with no PVC molding/cable pipe that run in some weird ass diagonal across the ceiling using both current and pre 2004 IEE/IEC standards where both black and blue wires are the neutral wire. Bonus points for the dude not wearing any safety glasses, skipping out on the ground wire alltogether and especially proud of him if he manages to just drop some plaster on to hide the horror for the next guy having to do anything to that ceiling.
Make sure to not leave a wiring plan behind and I am confident we can eventually rebuild the entire house after some doofus drills a hole in the ceiling in the wrong spot causes a short and ignites the whole install.
Other than those minor details... primo solution.

I’ve seen raceways/square open bottomed tracks you could use if you can’t cut deep into the concrete.

So finally you see that you can use wire without conduit and it works ;)

10mm pipe, cover on the original place, connection done under cover, N/L and PE if conductors thru the 10mm pipe inserted into the groove.

PE only if it’s a metal frame and reachable by a person without ladder, (hanging lamps), any lamp that is attached directly to the ceiling does not need PE.

Pff you made so many videos about conduits, placed everything very neat and then for this easy job not using a conduit 😂 like wtf.
In my eyes its a hack job....
If there is ever any problem with the wires you need to destroy the ceiling again.
If its closed again you cannot see where the wires are, big risk someone will drill through it in the future.
Best way to do this is to make a bigger groove, put in a piece of pipe and an electric box at the end.
Then the new ceiling light can be screwed on to the electric box so you dont have to destroy the ceiling ever again.
And you can also replace the wires whenever you want without problems.
This is how someone would do the job when theyre not an electrician.

Best solution!
Other than that, you could install a ceiling rose and a coiled cable hanging from the rose to the Light

I'm surprised you didn't cut it wide enough to put conduit in there. In my country that's a requirement for cement rendered walls, floors and ceilings. I've had to do this in my kitchen. If you get an angle grinder plunge cutting attachment, it goes a lot faster and you can connect a vacuum cleaner to it to cut down on the dust. I also recommend wearing safety glasses and a mask.

Even if you need to change it, it's just a short groove, nothing too big

Shoving a cable into a groove with a screwdriver is beyond pale.

If ceiling groove is in order, I cut it to specific depth (depth restrictor! No freestyling with angle grinder) and width. Then I put some holes in it and secure the cable with those nifty dowel loops (not U-shaped ones, but loops with specific shape for flat or round cable), or, if groove depth is really a concern, with pieces of cable jacket, gypsym and a piece of silicone sheet over plywood.

The only thing I might have done differently is either gone deeper or used a hammer drill and chisel to do the same. Even in a concrete ceiling, I wouldn't feel comfortable having the wires so close to the face of the ceiling.

Cut and lay wire in the cut is standard practice in Germany. Looks fine

I would do this but use pvc pipe so is easier to replace the wire next time

Make the groove wider and deeper and run copex first and then the wires ...

you can use small tube to insulate and even we can replace the wire in future
