The iPhone 6s definitely. With the 6s you can do one thing you can't do with the iPhone 7. That is charging and listening to music at the same time without an adapter.

An upgrade to a 6s to a 7 is unnecessary

I'm quite happy with the 16gb iPhone SE that I got for £50 (around $65 USD). It's amazing how much rubbish accumulates on phones (and then people wonder why they get slow). I've got a couple of games (first two seasons of Telltale's The Walking Dead), my most listened to music, my regularly used apps, and still have over 1.5gb of space left over. Plus it is a really nice phone as well, even if Siri is dumber than a bag of spanners.

If you want a new phone, you should look into buying an iPhone 4, the iPhone 4 is really old and slow so you’re going to want the iPhone 5! If you’re going ahead and buying an iPhone 5 you should look into an iPhone 6 since it’s only that much more expensive. You’re not going to want the iPhone 6 though since it had a lot of issues that Apple fixed with the 6s and the 6s plus. So you should get that. Don’t get the plus model though because it’s not really better then the regular 6s. If you’re looking for a plus model you should get an iPhone 7 Plus the only thing is though you’re going to lose you’re headphone jack so you’re prob better of with the 6s plus. What id do though Is get the 8 plus with AirPods. But That’s really expensive so you might as well buy the 6s plus since it’s great value for money on eBay.com If you want a new budget phone though get an iPhone 7 since it’s like 400 usd through Apple. But you should totally get the iPhone 6s, it’s the best.

I’ve had the 6s Plus for a couple years, and I absolutely still love it! The 12 IOS update continues to make it even more enjoyable! Bought it from eBay for around $300. All these gimmicks don’t entice me to upgrade. Some put too much cost value into these devices. We’re living in a time whereas some folks are checking their food stamp balance, on a $1, 000 phone. My stock position into Apple, far outweighs my purchase of the company’s devices. Fortunately, I’ve never been one to struggle at keeping pace with the masses.

I have used both and updated both to iOS 12 and the iPhone 7 beats the 6s in every category besides a dedicated audio output. It's water resistant, the finger print scanner is faster, the camera is better. I am a pubg player and after playing on both phones you can tell that you are getting better frame rates and better color resolution on the iPhone 7.

oh and forgot to mention that the 7 will receive updates longer then the 6s
