Mallikarjun Kharge’s nomination received massive support from across the party fronts. Even those who were once the members of G23, supported him. He was even called the unofficial official candidate of the Congress backed by the Gandhis. So, it wasn’t a surprise when Mallikarjun Kharge was declared winner yesterday. However, even though winning the congress president election would’ve been easier for Kharge, running a party will prove to be an uphill task. The chair of Congress president is no bed of roses but an iron throne.

(1) We need a strong opposition part as ealay as possible. Congress appears to be best choice at this point of time (2) Congress needs to adopt democratic process, rather high command apporach. Use technology. (3) Appoint shadow cabint with intellectuals and counter BJP. People should know that if they vote for the Congress, the intellectuals would run the government with better models (4 ) Key issues such as Inflation, Unemployment - Come out how Congress is going to takle. (5) Eductaion, health care is priority. How Congress is going to adress this . Country needs change, otherwise the country is going to get divide on religous reasons and would get ruined. Will anyone ask non rss person to be bjp leader no right then why you always want to degandhify congress. Every party has ups and downs. Just losing two elections will not make gandhis useless. No one in India including PM modi couldn't gather a huge crowd without money like Gandhis does pan India. For Eg Priyanka gandhi can gather huge crowd even in up while no one will gather for modi without money in tn and kerala. Gandhis are always way powerful than modi gang but people like you are degrading them for no reason making congress loss its ground.
