Actually, since rock in the mantle is so hot it can "flow" it would be considered a fluid. (Though the asthenosphere is 10% liquid...)

Are you saying : the cooler fluid moves in to replace them.... Question : example : if i have a pot with water inside, and mix( stir) the water quickly does it increase the temperature of water ? ( does it heat up the water ?(
I m moving the fluid of water )

Ive watched this video and, from a student point of view, I don't think the animation clearly represents the motion of particles in a convection current, it also doesnt show clearly about the changes in density within a fluid so i think the graphics don't adequately represent convection currents

in solid heat transfer when particles are collid. but here particles are collid or not? if it is colloid y heat not transferred by collision?
