Is there really any way of preventing forest fires when it's so hot and dry? When they shutoff the power people complain of the inconvenience yet they want fires to be prevented.

Gee so glad we pay the high prices for electricity and gas only to have PG&E not maintain lines and old equipment. Exactly what happens when a corporation is overbloated beaurocratically and is beholden to its shareholders for quarterly profits rather than its customers.
Also thanks Newson for taking millions in campaign contributions from them and doing nothing to in the way of preventative measures or fire resources after you promised we'd be more prepared 3 years ago.

Man its a mixture of it all. Wen gray davis was in yall wanted to get rid of park rangers and defund national parks. Then you got pge not upkeeping they own places where there are hot spots. And you get faulty equipment that explodes if it brakes. Like come on now. Fund the national parks and fire fighters.
