In PMP® exam aspirants Precedence Diagramming Method is one of the primary methods to create Project Schedule Network Diagram.
We identify activities on the project schedule and analyze them if relationships exist between them. If a relationship exists between two activities, one activity is predecessor, and another one is the successor. The relationships between the successor and predecessor are either of four types:
Finish-to-start (FS)
Finish-to-finish (FF)
Start-to-start (SS)
Start-to-finish (SF)
