Why Judging Others is Judging Ourselves

When we judge others, we are really judging ourselves because we formulate our judgements based on our inner state of being. #mooncho #yinandyangliving #yinyang #yinandyang #manifesting #nojudgement #nojudgementzone #retrainyourbrain #selflovepractices

Hellu you beautiful soul. I loved how you explained this.

If I feel jealous does that mean, I lack that thing.

Yes11, its true to a certain point. If we judge actions in the world or in society that are bad, then I think its ahealthy expression of autonomy and what we don't want. If we would stop doing that we would become sheep who follow rules wihout questioning them.

Don’t become what you fight. Shut up. Meditate. Find yourself. One day it’ll all make sense.

True. I discover that with myself.

Always remember Jesus words: same way you judge others God will judge you.

Conclusion: don't judge, very simple.

Also what does it say about me when I find german people really too inflexible, serious and greedy and not so human and alive? They annoy me and I feel much better in other cultures. I also judge people who have access to water and have money and chose to be greedy with it and not engage in regular hygiene, which is also common in this culture. What does that say about me? I feel its ok to say that I dont want that to enforce my boundaries.

"Seek to understand, not judge" was a mantra I adopted from one of my leadership mentors.

I learned this lesson well one day when we had 400 students leave class and convene in the cafeteria to have ice cream to celebrate getting on the honor roll. The students arrived and there was no ice cream. I jumped in my car, drove to the nearest grocery store to get ice cream and it all worked out despite the mistake.

Later I said to my mentor, "Susie forgot to buy the ice cream." She said, "Stop right there. Seek to understand, not judge. You just judged Susie." I said, "I'm not judging her, I'm just stating a fact. She was responsible to get the ice cream." My mentor said, "There is more to this story that just Susie. You need to get to the bottom of why the ice cream was not ready to go. Maybe you needed to confirm everything with the team of people putting on this event. Perhaps you didn't make everything clear regarding who was to do what, etc." That was when I finally really understood the idea of "Seek to understand, not judge." If we approach each other with an open heart and mind, listen to each other, be curious about our different perspectives, we will learn more and become a high performing team over time. No blaming, no judging others. Seek to understand instead.

Mam, this video was good but the only thing that is disturbing me is that lady wearing a hijab! You used as an example for lack of realtion ship and being lonely. Dont you think mam you could have used a different character there, instead of using a muslim girl who's wearing a hijab?

Your talking perticularly about people who are deprssed and do not have what they want:ex, suppose someone is a drug addict and wants to get his life together, and someone who does have what they want and he is addicted to sex with his partner, the only thing these 2 men share is addiction, but the otherone is actualy happy, and in much better health.

I think that you saying that someone has lack of selfworth because you see clearly. When you have overcome something then you see it more easily in others. I disagree with this. You can point something out that is true without judging them.

Why did you use a veiled woman as an example of a lonely woman who does not have relationships?!
