Hello, am have problems selecting multiple items and dragging them. eg ..multiple font files to be dragged into the font book. Can you guide ?

MacOS 10.13.2 -- Tried the changes per your video. I am now able to drag a window about 1/4" on the screen, then it just drops and the arrow moves on. And that is only occasionally, maybe once for every 5 attempts. Not fixed.

I understand this video but my problem is that when I click on Mouse & Trackpad I don't have that button you have "Trackpad Options" — It's driving me nuts that I can't drag and drop. I'm in Sierra versiion 10.13.3

OK, got it figured out, might not help anybody but maybe. I have an old Kensington Track Ball. I used CleanMyMac to uninstall the driver "KensingtonWorks.app" and I good to go again.
