I watched this video this morning and went to Dollar Tree after work. OMG! $23 later and it was mainly asparagus, California blend and winter blend. I bought a P3 snack and a liter of PureLife water to snack on the way home. This video gets 4 stars!

Honestly, he's shopping at DT only to prove a point that no one has an excuse not to eat a healthy ketogenic lifestyle. He may not actually eat some of the food that he brought but it was a great demonstration on showing people that it is possible. "No Excuses"

Pro Shopping Tip: If you're going to take a while browsing around, always hit up the frozen section last so your food isn't defrosting while you shop. lol Thanks for the great tips Thomas, you rock dude!

I enjoyed this a lot because Dollar Tree stores are everywhere! I would love to see you take this haul into your kitchen and actually prepare every bit of the $20 of food you got and see what you come up with. Some of it seemed a bit random to me, but I know you have amazing ideas in the kitchen!!
