I tried every fix I could find. My ps5 will not play PS5 games. I could play the same game as a PS4 title and it will work. I have had my PS5 from launch and this has just started happening. This is extremely frustrating and PS has the worst customer service.

My game hasn’t crashed in a month after I turned off Parallax Effects, On demand texture streaming, depth of field, and Fidelity CAS until today 2/10/23. Now I’m crashing every 3 or 4 games and my settings haven’t changed.

My ps5 shut off 4 times. I never had this problem before until I hoped on warzone 2.0. Warzone 1 or any other game I never had a problem with at all. I don’t know what to do. I tried you method and I’m going to see if it shuts off again.

On my ps5 I play COD cold war zombies outbreak! I be getting it, all my jugs! My three guns upgraded twice and ill be in the kiddle of round 2 or 3 and it goes to an error message then says view and then report and send! And its does this every time I play!! So I pray this works!

For anyone having trouble with fortnite crashing again and again it happened to me and I fixed it. Basically I changed my fortnite region to something else and the next morning it wouldn't work so then I changed the region to auto and then it didn't crash! I even got 2 wins

It's not Liquid Metal, not dust, you don't have to rebuild database, no usb update, changing graphics doesn't work.

gonna try this after work. Genshin impact and gta5 don’t work but Red dead 2 and minecraft work. super annoying bc i haven’t been able to play those two games for a month now and it’s frustrating

MW 2 did this to my PS5. Once i erased that game and everything regarding that game from my cloud and my console then it worked perfectly again.

Omg I use to do that on the PS4 thanks for the reminder “Restore Licenses” I just recently started streaming and my games would bug out a lot but nothing wrong with the WiFi. 👍
