It's finally here, some of us have been waiting a few weeks for it to appear! A new trailer showing off pre-alpha footage a scenario within the game. Also news that the dev blogs will be starting up again.

"Aircraft Carrier, looks a bit short."

That's because it's an LHD not a CVN. The Marines have special ships designed to transport them. Their "Aircraft Carrier", the LHD is meant to carry Helicopters and Harriers on the flight deck. It has a large well deck that can be used to launch and recover amphibious vehicles and landing craft. The big 6 on the Island indicates this is LHD 6, the Bonnhome Richard, who was homeported in San Diego, but was scrapped in 2021.

CANNOT I hope the game audio is just as prestine as Warno, and from what I can tell in this video, it's fantastic! WOW, IM PUMPED! Imagine several super power nations as armies that you can play in the game. British, Frenh, Chinese, Japanese etc! That would simply be amazing. This game is going to be incredible I feel, I truly hope!

The problem is that 99% of the time when you play games like this. You will be zomed out and don't notice the small details. Sure at the start of the game you will zoom in. But afterwards it will be meaningless.

What i dont get is the timeline on how the harrier is still in service, F-14 used while there is T-80BVM which came into service in 2018 or later

Since it’s modern day I was hoping to see f35s not harriers but still excited for this game.
They show in the trailer you actually are able to control the height your chopper can fly at.

How large scale is the game? Like compared to something like Warno, MOWAS2 and steel division is it a lot bigger?

Wargame + World in Conflict. War only looks good on game not on real life.

Hilarious that you say the graphics and effects looked so good. I thought they looked like shit. But I’m fine with it. I prefer simpler graphics that don’t require a massive beast to run. Most everyone should be able to play a strategy game even on low end PCs. We don’t play strategy games for the graphics. But eye candy can be nice for those that can afford it. Warno looks very pretty. But I just am not interested in the gameplay. This seems to follow the steps of wargame and is very much up my alley.

Looks good. Too bad its a russian game. Wont be buying anything russian for a long while, if ever.
