Dear Mark klimex, i want to personally thank you for what you do for the Nursing community. I failed my Nclex on July 12th 2022. i had to take a break and just not be so defeated within my self. i started studying for 6 weeks straight. As of Sept 20, 2022 i am an officially an RN. i really do not think your understanding how much of a blessing you are. i felt like God, my deceased father and you were there every step of the way. You have been a blessing to me. i just wish i can honestly say thank you to you in person. i hope you read this and prove to you that you have found your calling within the nursing commmunity. as I was taking my NCLEX i heard you say you got this i know it and i'm still in the game. It cut off at 93 questions. but when I walked in this time, I felt confident humble and ready for whatever was thrown my way. that is amazing feeling to have and when I walked out, I felt even more confident. i was able to use your techniques to break down questions. Thank you 😊

Thank you so much Mark & Dr. Sharon. You guys are the reason I passed the NCLEX 1st time. Took the test last Friday and found my name on the Board verification today 🎉❤🙏🥳

I had the Mirena IUD Implanted years go as a method of birth control. It was good for 3 or 5 years (I can't remember now), but about 10 months before it was due to be removed/replaced, I noticed the "string" was gone. I went to the doctor & told them, he examined me and said it's fine for now. I didn't think anymore about it, bc I was busy dealing with feeling fatigued, having abdominal cramps, & just feeling terrible. I went bk and forth to the family Dr., the emergency room, walk in clinics, etc. & no one could ever figure out why I felt so bad. Finially one weekend I laid in bed both days I was off work, in horrible pain, too sick to get out of bed & get to the dr, & I developed a high fever. Saturday, Sunday, & into early Monday morning I was in bed most of the time, just so, so, sick. Monday morning I went into the factory I worked at and asked if I could be excused to go to the ER without getting fired. They said yes, tht I looked horrible, so I went. They FINIALLY paid attention to my sickness this time, probably due to the high fever & severe pain I was in, and did some tests. They quickly came back and said my appendix ruptured & rushed me into surgery to remove it. I expected the usualy laproscopic incisions, no big deal. I woke up from surgery in a tremendous amt. Of pain, & an incision that went from the top of my belly button, straight down to my pubic region! They said once they started surgery they realized it was not my appendix at all, but my Mirena IUD had migrated.... moved up & through my right ovary, broke into many pieces, and pieces of it was embedded in my abdomen & into my intestines, and that had set up Sepsis! They took out my right ovary, my appendix, put drains in to drain the infection, and all together it took 2 more surgeries to remove all of the broken IUD pieces & clear the infection. It was a very painful time. The dr said he was honestly amazed that I pulled through & survived, bc I was that sick & close to dying... and didn't realize it was that bad. He said if I had waited another 24 hours or so, I probably wouldn't have survived.

So.... definitely check the strings OFTEN... at least once a month, or MORE... Advocate for yourself when u think something is WRONG... and pay attention to what your body is telling you! Stay safe out there & good luck to everyone taking the NCLEX! These videos are AWESOME!!!! I bought the live reviews & they have been super, super helpful! I wish I had known about this while I was still in Nursing school! Would have helped me so much!
