For the last question, I would have picked "client's interacting with a visitor" because the normal is that they are withdrawn, and visiting with someone is the opposite of that.

I took nclex last 9/28/22. I watched 2 videos of u 15 min each coz I just found it a day before my nclex. I passed. I didn’t get questions on topics/systems I mastered. I got a lot of Peds/OB which I never studied but I passed due to using strategies including this. Thanks Dr Sharon

8-24-24 I passed the board exam on my first try. Three days prior to my exam, I don’t know what led me to Dr. Sharon’s channel. I found her videos for prioritization randomly and I watched it three times in a row. I got it and I got it. So I went to the practice questions and my grades were dramatically escalated. I watched this last night; I went back into Uworld, retook all of the Prioritization questions, and absolutely killed it🙌🏾. This was without me studying the Uworld notes that I created during my first attempt at Prioritization (which I got a 46% on). My new score was a 90% without studying. This strategy works. I could never figure out how to answer priority questions, and you made it so clear and simple. Thank you so much.

For the last question, I totally would have chosen “client interacting with a visitor” because interaction to me means being sociable and they are typically withdrawn. Sleep disturbances is vague.
