I don’t think anyone else on YouTube could pack all this knowledge into 1 hour better than Brad can. Thanks for another year of this series!

I love how comprehensive this is. Including the resources on the right is just brilliant. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great list of options Brad. I’ve skimmed through the whole video 3-4x speed and in most cases I couldn’t find any better alternatives other than what you provided in the respective sections. Definitely gives the birds-eye perspective of the industry 👍

Hope you enjoy :) Keep in mind, this is not geared toward one specific path. I try and lay out EVERYTHING and shed a little light so that you can choose your own learning path. You only need to learn a fraction of the stuff that I mention, so try and not to get overwhelmed. Also, if you watch this every year, I know it can be a bit repetitive, but I try and give everything a fresh take.

Also, this is not a "latest trends" video. I can do a separate video for that. This is just an all in one guide that happens to mention some hot trends

When i Look back one year ago i did not new any thing about coding.
Past 8-9 months in pandemic i had a lot of time and i started learning.
Brad, Bucky Roberts were the most helpful persons on the internet.
Now almost one year later i am a Full Stack Developer and i am really thankful to You.

I remember last year I was watching your 2020 web developer guide and I felt like an imposter, not knowing anything but slowly and steadily I started following the learning path, invested the free time while working full time from home to learn new technologies one at a time and now I am watching this and I feel like hell yeah I came a long way and the journey was awesome. Thanks Brad for everything you do ❤️

Front end dev is the route I'm going for. I've had a few interviews this year for junior positions but I always freeze up when it comes to the technical side of the interview and completley bomb it. I need to work on my interview skills more.

Thank you for your annual technology video! I never miss watching it. I've been a software engineer for 20+ years, but still have to keep learning and your videos are one major way I do it.

All web developers need to watch this one hour video before starting in 2021. I think serverless stacks will be more popular in 2021 like NextJS and NuxtJS

“We cannot teach people anything. We can only help them discover it within themselves.” That's the purpose of this video.

I was looking into a drastic career switch to software development, starting in web, and have been looking for information for 2 weeks now. Every video or blog post I see is about people giving advice on languages, frameworks and project tips, but it was very overwhelming and hard to digest.

This video is an absolute gem in the desert. Everything is listed, explained, in a very clear and concise sequence, and reference courses given. I feel like I was mouth fed and hand held and now I see a much clearer path I have to follow. Thank you very much.
