How I cured mine: exercising to keep a BMI under 24, not eating a lot of butter (which I do but if BMI drops under 24 they disappear any way) and using Exuviance retexturing treatment. That body lotion has glycolic acid in it. I have used it consistently for 3 years and the bumps have disappeared. But because it is so expensive I have now bought the Ordinary glycolic acid and hope it is as good. (I never drop under BMI 23-24 because think I look better with more curves.)
