Drinking lots of water every day, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Staying hydrated plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with usage of liitllleextra cocooninon shampoo with hair oil. This did wonders and my hair fall decreased by a good 95 percent.

The comment section has restored my faith in the hair community. Silicones and sulfates are NOT bad! I love sulfates and silicones, my hair is thriving with them. Do what works for you.

Sulfates and silicones aren't bad. It depends on how often you're using sulfate based shampoos and your hair styling routine using products that contain silicones.

I have extremely dry hair, so the Aussie miracle curls are so good. Don’t listen to her. It defines my curls as long as you have a hair, designer and diffuse your hair your hair looks so perfect.

y’all say sulfates are bad when you have them in lotions, skin care, and most hair care products, even if you don’t realize. and silicones are honestly a lot better and protect your hair more from heat damage, by adding a protective layer

Silicones aren't bad if you wash your hair regularly🤷🏽‍♀️

Sulphates get my clean in 2 washes. Non sulphate shampoos take so many shampoos..
Plus silicone is great for chemically treated or damaged hair.

My type 4 hair loves Aussie conditioners.

I like Shea Moisture but that coconut ain't doing the same as that Aussie moist for detangle purposes only. I wash 1x a week so I don't mind the silicones and I do clarify 1- 2x a month🫣🤷🏽‍♀️.

Girl if you really know about hair you’d know about sulfates and silicones. Sulfates (are what makes the shampoo lather) and aren’t bad silicones (just like the word sili it actually add’s silk and shine to your hair) I’ve used those products on the video and they gave me bad buildup! Head and shoulders is actually a great option for dandruff and dry scalp for just the scalp then you can you go in with a second shampoo after with your normal shampoo and conditioner. ❤️ hope this helps!

Except when i started using sulfate free shampoos combined with coconut oil shampoos or conditioners, my hair literally broke off, and its still recovering. Dont fix it if its not broken.

Aussie has something called SLIP to it and it’s good for my coarse or thicker curly haired babies out there that want definition
Aunt Jackie’s is good too but it’s mainly for 4a to 4d type curly hairs. So be careful grabbing certain products as they can cause issues to your hair if it’s not for your hair. Also oils can be your best friend but never put straight raw oil in your hair it will do the opposite

As soon as somebody promotes coconut as moisturizing I tune out ✌🏽

Gurl, ain’t nothing wrong with sulfates and silicones. You need to focus on hydrating and moisturizing products for your followers ….stop fear mongering sulfates, and silicone hair products…don’t do that..can’t we all just get along..

If you're using a dandruff shampoo you want an active ingredient (antiseborrheics) to actually treat your dandruff effectively. You swamped a product that doesn't contain such an active.

That head and shoulders shampoo is good for your scalp because it can help calm down any inflammation

Honestly ive been using garnier fructis and my hair has been way less frizzy since using it. it does what it is advertised too. also love their frizz oil or spray between washes. 10/10 recommend for frizzy wavy haired girlies!!!!

Some people are protein sensitive. Guys if you can’t use coconut in your hair products and it feels brittle after, that’s okay, use what works for you. Shea moisture might not be it for you.
