how to fix :
1.Adobe Creative Cloud application to check for updates and install them.
2.Adobe Error: SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected EOF.
3.Install AntiCC 1.7
4. install CC Runtime 2023.1

Another common error to fix this "Error 146" on MAC is related to a premissions on write folder, so you need to do:
1. Backup the folder /Aplications/utilities/Adobe Sync (something like that, don't remember exactly) just in case
2. Try to reinstall your illustrator / photoshop or another adobe app
