Had a herniated disc and suffered from the pain for 2-3 years and it never seemed to fully heal. Ive been slowly exploring back extensions and they have been paying off. Also training hip mobility and keeping an open mind helped a lot. Your videos are pure gold keep on posting!

For sure. I need an adjustment or something on top of my back muscle rebuild I'm sure. But y'know what helps and actually gets me excited to go to the gym now? Ass to grass squats with lighter weight, deadlifts and clean and press. The full ROM on deep squats is amazing and felt really good on my legs and lower back and knees with purposefully very slow gains

This is insane, legit going through this as we speak. Herniated a disc, hip imbalance came on slowly. The an achllies tear. Then hip impingement and now a inguinal hernia all on the same side. All coupled with the grey area back pain you spoke about. And random spams Ofcourse. This has been over the course of almost 8 🙃years.

I had lost my lumberdosis felt like it was a bulging disk or it was at least smooshed because my hips were off, I would pinch on the left side of my hip abductors....no heria though, started to do more balancing of muscles and hips before that happened

But did you have the pelvic tilt before the disc hernation or was it a result of the disc hernation?

Yo bro! iK you have full form obviosly, and I can just go watch the full piece of content. I was thinking though, what if you had the follow up piece of content (explaining how to fix this problem) and linked it to this short yk what mean? how to fix the imbalance ? I have a leg shorter by 1cm totale, am I screwed because its naturel for the hip to be lower
