Simple dish Fried swordfish with sauce

recipe
1 swordfish cut into pieces
(1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp ground white pepper
1/2 tbsp salt for coating the fish )
cooking oil for frying the fish
sauce mixture
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ground white pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1tsp cornstarch (note..no need to much cornstarch because the fish are coated with flour already )
garnish with some parsley and green onions
