I wouldn't know how to cook this beautiful creature! The thickness of swordfish steak like it is unbelievable! I'm open to eat anything...i've heard people saying "i don't like it"...have you eaten this before? "NO" their anweser is unacceptable. Eat it first then you'll have a better idea.

Sword fish is dry from what I remember working at Red lobster. It is very tasty. I don't think I've ever cooked fish the way you'd cook a siriloin stake
