This is the first time I’ve ever made a balsamic reduction, in fact I was a bit hesitant but you made it look so easy & I wanted to make a nice glaze for my Easter Caprese salad. Well I followed your easy directions & it came out so beautifully & oh my ... SO DELICIOUS!!! Thanks so much! I will make this over & over again!! 🌷

Use it on roasted Brussels sprouts and\or roasted broccoli. Drizzle the warm glaze on the roasted veggies before serving. Wow!

sugar? the whole point of the reduction is to concentrate the sugar already present in the balsamic. yuck

How can this be a reduction if the lid is kept on... the whole process of reduction is by water evaporation. Good idea tho, and I'm sure a sweet balsamic vinegar would pair well with alot of dishes. Cheers!
