Switching U.K. Student Visa to Work visa without getting Degree

Student Switching of work visa- effective from 17th July

3 Conditions :

Where someone is studying towards a PhD in the UK, the rules previously allowed them to switch to a work visa after 12 months on their course. This has now been amended to having to complete 24 months of the course prior to making their application.

An applicant who is applying for permission to stay and
has, or last had, permission as a Student, must fulfil one of the
Conditions A, B or C below on the date of application:
(a) Condition A: the applicant must have completed the course of
study for which the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies
was assigned (or a course to which ST 27.3 of Appendix
Student applies); or
(b) Condition B:
(i) the applicant must be studying a full-time course of study
at degree level or above with a higher education provider
which has a track record of compliance; and
(ii) the Certificate of Sponsorship in SW 1.2(d) must have a
start date no earlier than the course completion date; or
(c) Condition C:
(i) the applicant must be studying a full-time course of study
leading to the award of a PhD with a higher education
provider which has a track record of compliance; and
(ii) the Certificate of Sponsorship in SW 1.2(d) must have a
start date no earlier than 24 months after the start date of
that course.”

Hi @Sarika, I have completed my course duration but I failed in one subject and have given my resit exam. My result is still awaited but I have got COS and have applied for Skilled Worker Visa. I am really confused . I have watched so many videos . People say that if you do not pass, you cannot switch to skilled worker visa. Can you please guide me? As I want to get out of this stressful situation. Thanks

If in B. Tech. CSE 8.5 CGPA,
IELTS score is also 6.5
but IN H.S.C.( Science stream) only 49 %, so it is possible admission for masters in UK or any European countries.

What if someone completed his course but failed in 2 or 3 modules. So technically his course is finished but he didn't pass. Can he switch to skilled worker visa at that time?

Hi Sarika, I am eligible for diploma as I am failed in 1 core module. My dissertation submission date is 18th of August and after that I would be allowed full time work. But on my CAS letter, course completion date is 8th September. My employer is now ready to give sponsorship. Can I switch my visa now or I have to wait until 8th of September.
