How do you guys bring up the fact that you want to be sponsored by the company (under a skilled workers visa) you are applying with. I’m in my final year as an international student and have been turned down on applications, to which I think it’s because of my visa. So already, knowing that this is a disadvantage for me, I am wondering how and when I can bring up the issue of being sponsored. I have 3 job interviews coming up so far, with companies that are licensed to sponsor. But I fear the moment I mention sponsorship, I’ll scare them away 😅
