My volume doesn't always go up or down or goes way up and not down by using the knob. So I have to adjust on the steering wheel. Sometimes my audio goes on by itself when I hit a bump. Do you think it's a loose wire somewhere? I'm just happy it works, but it's quirky. Doesn't always react when I touch the screen when putting in addresses & many times will take the number next to the one I am touching.

This is a long shot, but I remember when this happened to me, I replaced my battery and it started working again.
Perhaps try unplugging the battery and re plugging it in?

Have same car same issue it’s the factory radio I bought one from a junk yard for 125 and replaced it myself today !

My screen isn't calibrated and only let's you touch certain parts and my steering buttons don't work

The volume is very loud where Entune allows up to 62 while Honda Link allows volume max to be 40

I been having the same problem...2014 Avalon radio will fade in n out for days then won't play for week. I been riding with my Bluetooth speaker in my car...I know that's ghetto but hey I need my music 🎶😭😭😭
