Welcome to this English lesson where you will learn some different ways to say "yes" and "no". As you know, in conversations, it's good to use a variety of expressions to communicate effectively. In this lesson I'll cover several different words and phrases that you can use to respond positively or negatively depending on what you are talking about.

We'll have a look at different ways you can say "yes." For example, you can say "For sure!," "Sure thing!," "I'd love to." I'll help you learn the phrases, and also describe situations where it makes sense to use them.

In the second part of the lesson, we will look at a few different ways to say "no." There are many situations where "no" might not be the best response. Instead, you can use words like "Never!" or "Not in a million years!"

By the end of this lesson, you'll know a few more ways to say "yes" or "no" in your conversations, making you a more confident and effective communicator in English.

I hope you enjoy this English lesson about different ways to say "yes" and "no" and I hope you have a great day!

⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

This lesson reminded me of my favorite idiom " when pigs fly" that you taught us before. Like, Do you wanna cut back on Suger to get healthy? Yes, I'll do that when pigs fly.🤣 It's saying no by using yes. It's funny, isn't it ? That's why I love this phrase even though it's out of date. Thanks 😀🌸🌷

Dear Bob, thank you for the lesson, it made me smile. I feel uncomfortable with snakes too. And I'm afraid of heights.
I heard in some movies another way of saying No: "Thanks, but no thanks" 😊

Thanks for your video. I learn some new phrases and won't say "yes" or "no" only in the future.
