If I was a dock owner I would reach out to the people who’ve lost Everything jobs schools homes everything and offer them the contract that was refused because of the timing and the materials on those ships most likely have the need materials to rebuild their home and work with training of course and send the money back to their communities and make more money than they have ever made while saving Their families that would be a giant middle finger to those who are keeping what’s needed at bay
