I love how you share all the little things that it takes to be holistic. I don't have any kind of dehydrator, instead I will make small bunches or bouquet's and hang them to dry from my chain for my chandelier with the ceiling fan on low for most of the fall and into winter. Last yr my hubby bought me for the holiday's an herb drying ring rack. I always have something hanging from it (I'll even hang cut flowers when they start to droop to dry ) We are still living on grid in town but one day I do hope to move to a smaller place at least partially off grid. My MIL lived in a small town with only electric on grid, she had a well for water and propane for cooking and heat but with a big fireplace for supplemental heat. I would love to be that self sufficient with hopefully solar for primary/supplemental electric

Thank you so much I just got in the echinacea herb from frontier co-op to put up so excited. I have taken echinacea goldenseal for many years if I even think I am coming down with anything and it has always worked for me in place of antibiotics such a great herb. I will vacuum seal it in small jars to keep it safe from air and light.

Thanks for the great info! Your videos encouraged me to plant a medicinal garden this year. The marshmallow is now 5-6 feet tall and I’m ready to harvest some of the upper stalks. Looking forward to a cup of mm and mint tea!!

I always wondered about the proper pronunciation for that beautiful flower. Never grew them because I wasn't sure if it had a good use for us. Very interesting!

Very informative video. My equinacea is done bluming and the color of the petals are turning pale, can I still use it? Thanks in advanced.

Thank you for the herbal information! I don't think I've ever seen those plants, but sometimes I'll drink commercially prepared teas with them in it. We're chilly here in Pennsylvania, too. I SHOULD be wearing shorts and tank top. I'm ACTUALLY wearing tee shirt and long pants!
