It's not that the other drath eaters COULDN'T find voldy. They were just too focused on not getting caught or claiming innocence that any attempt would raise suspension. Thats why it took two "presumably" dead followers to help actually bring him back.

I don't recall them ever talking about his magical aptitude. He was more of a clinger who clung onto the other three. someone with very little morals and always looking for someone more powerful to cling onto.

My guess is that at Hogwarts Peter clung onto them as the in crowd or popular group and when he felt that Voldemort was in a position to win he switched sides. He isn't one to ever to trusted.

I don’t think the power score is completely accurate.

He did not become an Animagus on his own but with help of his friends.

The potion could’ve been either forced to be made through the Imperio curse or through Voldemort instructions.

Using a wand that is not his own is not that of an impressive feat, some wands are not as loyal as others.

As for finding Voldemort in Albania:
The Deatheaters loyal and capable were in Azkaban and the ones who weren’t imprisoned abandoned voldemort Lucius didn’t even try to find him.

I've always assumed he was slightly above average, but nothing he dod was his own. He learned everything by following someone. So anything spell related he probably got from the marauder and anything potions he probably got from Lillie tutoring him because she felt bad at seeing how he was treated.

I wonder weather the sorting hat had the same questions to Pettigrew as it had to Harry. Pettigrew would never be a Gryffindor but certainly has the cunning of a Slytherin. Maybe be he saw Potter, Black and Lupin going to Gryffindor, so he decided to go as well.

A few thing i want to point out voldermort could of told Peter how to brew the potion and petter just did whatever the dark Lord said in order to make the potion so I'm not sure if that can be counted also in order to becorm an anmagus he probally got help from james and sirus and possible remus so nor sure if that was accomplished just by him😊
