The new Powerbeats Pro wireless earphones are quite similar to Apple's AirPods in terms of function, but are much more rugged and are designed to take more abuse during workouts. They're water-resistant (i.e., they can handle your sweaty ears) and have Apple's H1 chip for easy pairing.

I've tried out a lot of tech for ear-buds and this by far is the best. If you're not used to wearing them they can be a little uncomfortable, but it passes. It's an intuitive device catering to your voice and not ambient sounds which can interfere with reception; but this device filters all that out. Try it for 90 days, are you kidding? If you like or hate it you'll find out in a matter of minutes or days depending on the frequency of use.
