Anyone else still having issues heres what worked for me. Bought a brand new pair from the store & tossed the NEW earbuds into my old charging pod & it fixed the bluetooth issue. Returned the new ones same day

mine does blink red, it factory resets but it won’t connect to my phone. they were working this morning and then all of the sudden they just stopped connecting, do you have any idea what this issue might be? i’ve tried forgetting the device and pairing it again but it just doesn’t show up on my bluetooth.

If it doesn’t work for you (like me), you can try putting them to charge and try again. That worked for me

I just got replacement buds and I’ve never had an issue repairing till now. My case only blinks red, and nothing else. I can’t figure out how to fix it

I've been having an issue with connecting them, I've noticed after I set a charge to the box, I can connect but once I place back into the box I lose connection. I can't reestablish connection until I put a charge to the

No red light . It’s just staying white and blinking slow. It won’t pair to any device at all.
I only see it pop up on my screen when I had my air pods “share audio “ it shows the beats case and tells me to press the button to share audio but it still just continues to blink white .
What should I do?:(

Has anyone else had trouble with the right ear bud? Mine are brand new it’s shows charged 100% but won’t connect and I never get red light when trying to do the factory reset 🤦‍♂️
